The Annual General Meeting is members-only, and registration commences online from Monday, September 6 th and closes at
1:00 pm on Friday, September 24 th , 2021.
Members must use one of the following identifications on file (Passport, ID, D.P) when registering via the A.G.M. registration portal (agm.tranquillitycu.com). Upon registration and confirmation, the Credit Union would provide members with their login credentials for easy access to the virtual meeting on Saturday, September 25th, 2021.
Please be advised that each member who has attained the age of fourteen (14) years shall have but a single vote irrespective of his shareholdings, and there shall be no voting by proxy.
