How to use PDF forms

Download form by selecting the download button next to the document you want to use.

Once the download is complete you can open the form and enter the required information using the Adobe Reader Software. If you need to get this software please visit: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader

 

Filling out Forms You have two options as it relates to entering data into the form that was downloaded.

 

Option 1

Use the Adobe Reader Software and enter the required information from your computer. You should see text fields in the document: You can save this document on your computer at any time and complete at your own pace. You will be required to manually sign the signature sections of forms.

 

Option 2

You can open the form using the Adobe Reader Software and print the form. You can then use a pen to complete the form that was printed.

 

Submitting Forms to Tranquillity

If you used your computer to enter the information on the form you can email the saved electronic version to marketing@tranquillitycu.com.

 

You are required to enter the following in the Subject of the email:

Name of Form and Your Name. Example: Loan Form – John Doe.

 

You will be asked to validate the information on the form along with signing the signature pages where applicable. If you printed the form and entered the information with a pen. You will be required to sign the form and deliver the form to one of our branches.
